1. Boil the potatoes with salt
2. Make a paste with onion,ginger,garlic,green chili,
3. Make a paste with cashew and almond
4. Heat the pan ,add oil,fry the potatoes till become golden brown
5. In oil add whole garam masala for tempering .Then add onion paste and cook till oil seperates.
6. Add salt,sugar,red chili powder,coriander powder and a splash of water and cook 2 minutes..
7. Add beaten curd and tamarind pulp and cook for some times
8. Now add the fried potatoes and cook for 2 mnts..add hot water and simmer the flame and cover with a lid for 10 mnts ..
9. Once the potatoes become fully cooked then add cashew and almond paste ,add coriander leaves and bengali bhaja masala.adjust salt and sugar...cook for 1 mnt ,,then switch off the flame..give 10mnts standing time and serve with rice or roti..
